Pior empresa de venda de pacotes de viagens do país. São uns enganadores. vendem e nunca cumprem. Não pagam as ações na justiça. Escondem seu dinheiro e juízes não conseguem executar. Não caiam na “lábia “ deles pelos preços baixos. Empresa pirâmide. Cumprem uma viagem para deixar um cliente feliz e 99 eles fingem “demência”. Ainda não sei como o governo deixa esta empresa enganar mais pessoas. O dono precisa ir logo para cadeia. Não honram nadaaaaaa!!! Cadê MP? Se alguém tiver dúvida , basta procurar processos online. Uma vergonha ainda venderem pacotes. Triste pois enganam mais e mais pessoas.
Comprei 4 pacotes com o Hurb , tudo corria bem , viajei para Cuba e Peru, pedi cancelamento de uma viagem para Nova York e recebi o reembolso de 100% , porém, tenho ainda um pacote comprado há 4 anos para San Andres que não marcaram a viagem ainda e nao aparece mais no app para escolher a data . Não entrei com processo e dei um voto de confiança pq sempre gostei da empresa , torço para que ela se recupere, mas parece que vou ficar no prejuízo.

Comprei em 2021 uma viagem para punta cana, para ser realizada em 2023. Na oferta estava escrito: primeiro semestre de 2023 (março a junho) e segundo semestre de 2023 ( agosto a novembro.) Preenchi no formulário as minhas opções de datas, primeiro todas em maio, foram negadas. Após isso preenchi datas em junho, novamente todas negadas. Fui falar com o suporte e me disseram que não tem NENHUMA data disponível no primeiro semestre!!!! Se não tem datas disponíveis não deveria estar anunciado como tal. Moro nos Estados Unidos e minha única disponibilidade era viajar de 4/03/23 a 15/08/23, estarei esse período no Brasil e dentro desses mais de 3 MESES eles não tem NENHUMA DATA DISPONÍVEL. Decepção total. No final a atendente me deu a opção de cancelar, porém como comprei a viagem com créditos de uma viagem cancelada por eles devido a pandemia, os créditos que seriam retornados já estariam vencidos. NÃO QUERO CRÉDITOS VENCIDOS, QUETO O REEMBOLSO TOTAL NO MEU CARTÃO. Não quero cancelar a viagem, terei que cancela-la porque o hotel hurbano não tem NENHUMA opção de data dentro dos 3 MESES que posso viajar. Um absurdo total, total desprezo com o cliente, nunca compre com eles, são uma fraude!! Se não vou acertado irei perder mais de 5 MIL REAIS.

Same as other people I wish I had reviewed this web before. I booked a reservation for a hotel. Soon after my card was charged I received an email saying that my purchase was not made. Like WTH??????? I’ve been trying to get hold of someone over the phone but no one answers. I sent a couple of emails too and all I get is another email saying that someone will get in touch with me, but so far I have not received any emails or calls from anyone responding to my problem.. it’s so frustrating to see that people don’t care about their customers anymore, all they care is the money and nothing else
The website when you book you ca cancel abs there is no way to cancel even within 24 or 48 hrs. Also this is not in English. And no customer service. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE
The design is good and usability awesome. I like how I can quickly access everything and nothing is too hidden or hard.
I tried everything an nothing they don’t help you and don’t send no emails and they don’t have nothing in English.. they say things to make u feel better but later to say sorry nothing we can do .. the place coco key is for kids your stealing from kids and stealing they moment to have fun... they have two c.e.o they are ways to make they pay I know this because I’m a lawyer 10 years now but a good friend of mines what to handle this type of case.. I just can’t believe they hurting people is a pandemic like this not cool ... I gave them 3 days this coming Wednesday hurb will see I’m not lieing about being a lawyer anyone that wants to take them to court you can just ask for my info I’ll send it through email .. hope no one els has to go through this
** UPDATE ** still no refund. I have all the documents stating I would get a refund and today they tell me I can not get one? This company is a thief and needs to be shut down. I will continue to update and use all platforms to let people know this company STEALS YOUR MONEY. **********This should be removed as a travel app. They are super hard to get in touch with then you “chat “ to cancel several times as it still shows as a reservation. Going on three weeks and they will not sent me an email to confirm the cancellation. It take about 8 mins for a reply in chat with very vague replies.
I booked a reservation in Las Vegas., they charged my card and when I called the hotel to confirm they named a different third party company not Hurb, they had booked my name but a different phone number and address. The worst my reservation wasn’t paid yet. Worst experience ever.
Booked a stay at water resort and water resort was closed. (Drove 6 hours). There was no notice of it being closed at any stage of booking. It has been 13 days and they have not responded. Company is located in Portugal.
We booked a room at a water park for my daughter’s 5th birthday. They gave us a confirmation number and said no need to contact the hotel to confirm reservations. We called to see when we could arrive to use the water park, only to be told the hotel was closed for the week. No reservation was received! The phone number is disconnected in the email. DO NOT USE THIS APP OR COMPANY!

I booked a room confirm with dates an everything ones submitted date was change, need no cancel the reservation I made and no option to cancel. I already send an email I haven’t receive an answer yet
The phone number doesn’t work, they take your money and never refund or tell you they give credits but then charge you again. The “customer support” is nonexistent. They will not book you and the invoice you get is not for the amount you got charged. It’s totally a fraud! UPDATE: They responded to contact them at an email address and I’ve done that, no response there either.
I booked a trip to Vegas and I had to cancel. Well I did so within the timeframe they give you to avoid a fee . I receive an email in Portuguese had to get it translated by my friend and it literally said we received your cancellation notice we will keep in touch . Well no one has tried to contact me. I tried emailing back and calling numbers they have on the invoice but the phone numbers don’t “ work” . After various emails from my end and receiving nothing from them, I decided to look up reviews on hurb. I wish I did that earlier because not one review said anything good and all have the same issue , which is the refund process. You pretty much get scammed out of your money. Stay away from these people . For one it’s based in Brazil and you won’t have any contact with anyone ever. 2. They are so quick to take your money but want to disappear when you need a refund . I decided to call my credit card company to help me dispute the charge with them. So avoid this company like the plague !!!!!!!

Got charged by them got to the hotel and the hotel told me hurb had canceled my reservation. So not only did I get charged by hurb but also got charged by the hotel. When asking for costumer service just got sent in constant circles. Scam scam scam
This was a terrible experience for my family we reserved a one night stay and they took our money, provided us with the confirmation number and invoice but no room. We arrived at the hotel and no room. Luckily we was able to get a room but had to pay again and the room matched the rate we paid to HURB. No phone number to co tact anyone, just the app and email. This was July 9th and I still have not received any type of update or refund. I WISH I would have read the reviews before we used them but that is my fault. I will never use them and I will encourage everyone else not to. Continued to send me deals in another language also but no update on refund.
I rented a room in Vegas with this company and they took my money in 24hours. The hotel in Vegas closed due to pandemic situation. Hurb help desk fed me BS that it would take 60-90 days for a refund and they kept emailing me fake refunds that literally just say “refunded” and still to this day I’ve received no refund. Company is a scam and they will send you emails everyday in another language. To top it off they set up my room with the wrong name, good luck trying to get a hold of someone that will actually help you from the help desk.
Booked a hotel with them, they took my $600, they sent me confirmation number of my stay, only for one hour later to say all rooms were sold out. It’s been over a week and I have NOT heard back from them or seeing my money back into my account. I contacted them daily still no respond. WORST APP EVER. Do not go thru them!!!

Customer service is ok, booked 4 nights at the flaming Las Vegas, upon arrival I had to pay entra $178 resort fee
Don’t ever use this app or book anything! They do not respond to you by email.. I made several attempts two different emails.
They say you have free cancellations, but trying to do it is impossible!!! I’ve tried for a week now with no success. Very disappointed
Do not book! They will immediately take your money and never book it. They have the same person answer the chat every time, that is very unprofessional and can not communicate in English clearly. They will give you the run around when you try to get the hotel confirmation.
No customer service and never sent a confirmation email
So I booked a Ceasars Palace room for July. Once I paid, it has been hard to get anyone on their chat line. Then to top it off, they told me I didn’t book Ceasars but the Mirage, which I didn’t. They’ll send you a pdf of nothing you’re looking for.

Horrible customer service, they obviously try to make it as hard as possible to get help or make a change, even during Coronavirus when travel guidance is constantly changing. No actual support number, just a chat service that takes forever and must be staffed by 1 person because I was 3rd in line for 10 minutes. There’s a reason no one uses this
I booked a room in Vegas for October. It’s been 24 hours and no confirmation email, no contact with anyone and there’s no record of my transaction on their app! Their chat option is bs. My money was taken and as of right now, there’s no proof they actually booked my room.
I had a change of plans and have been trying to contact someone for almost 24 hrs to no avail. They don’t have a phone number just live chat. I waited in queue for 2 hrs before giving up. I called the hotel to make sure they actually booked me because it seems like a scam. I literally have no one to contact for help.
Nem merece uma estrela. Fiz uma reserva em um hotel em Cancún. Na reserva dizia que eu poderia cancelar e receber crédito ou receber a devolução do dinheiro. Quando eu aperto na solicitação da devolução do dinheiro eu recebo a mensagem que deu Erro. Eu moro nos Estados Unidos. Não tem um número que seja 1800 pra que eu possa me comunicar com alguém. Quando tento virtual ninguém responde. Mandei 2 e-mails e nada. Quero meu dinheiro de volta. Pior companhia que eu já usei. Serviço ao consumidor não existe.
Se você é morador de diversas capitais do Brasil, algumas delas com mais de 1 milhão de habitantes, esqueça o Hotel Urbano. Ele não considera saídas de cidades como Belém, São Luis, Natal, João Pessoa, dentre outras. Já enviei várias mensagens nos últimos meses falando sobre isso para o suporte do aplicativo e fui solenemente ignorado. Digo a todos que ignorem o aplicativo também.
Fiz uma reserva e paguei. A compra foi confirmada com sucesso pelo aplicativo e pelo cartão de crédito. Um dia antes da viagem, o HURB disse que não “tinha confirmação” de que eu teria um quarto no hotel que eu paguei. Trata o consumidor como palhaço e não tem o mínimo de respeito. Como é triste ser consumidor no Brasil.
Otimo app mas faltam filtros para uma pesquisa mais certeira. O app se torna cansativo por termos que pesquisar praticamente só rolando a tela (ou dando sorte com a descrição rs)
Gives good packages to places I’m interested in but no packages from Manaus. This is torture! Who would give a good rating to an app that tortures them?
Fiquei num hotel com xinxes(pulgas) e não tenho como avaliar o hotel para alertar outros viajantes.
Aplicativo é ótimo, amo demais viajar pelo HURB realmente tem oferece descontos incríveis, não é como outros aplicativos enganadores, a plataforma é muito simples de manusear e segura, acabei de comprar um pacote. Amo muito!!! 😍

Quando você usa o app os mesmos anúncios tem preços bem mais altos do que no site.
